Located in the San Fernando Valley, Tarzana is a delightful community that draws a lot of celebrities and families that relocate from all over.  This can be attributed to an assortment of attractive options such as 2 Country Clubs with Golf courses nestled into the Santa Monica Mountains south of Ventura Boulevard. These are The El Caballero Country Club and Braemar Country Club.  Some fun trivia would be that the city of Tarzana was named after Tarzan – the famous star! Tarzana residents and homeowners can visit The Tarzana Community Cultural Center. which is located on Ventura Blvd., and the museum features information about Tarzan creator, Edgar Rice Burroughs. Tarzana agents and realtors say that typically there are plenty of homes and condominiums up for sale and that the schools here are superb. Both public and private options are available as well as some great universities like CSUN and UCLA.

Enjoy a number of things to do with your friends, spouse, significant other, and family members. There is the Tarzana Recreation Center, Big Kid Collectable, Skirball Cultural Center nearby, the famous Candy Cane Lane every Christmas and New Year, and Topanga Canyon State Park.  In addition to this, Tarzana offers several luxurious gated communities, including Mulholland Park, Silverhawk Ridge, Monte Verde and Braemar Estates with the convenience of being close to the West Side tucked away off of Reseda Blvd in the Santa Monica Mountains.  North of the Blvd you will find large ranch properties in an area called Melody Acres. Here, there are some acre plus size lots and areas in which to house horses. Tarzana extends to Victory Boulevard on the north. The community is very well diverse with a population of approximately 28,500 residences. We have a wide variety of restaurants, places of worship, language schools, and many other facilities to cater to a stimulating lifestyle for all. It is close to the West Side, beaches, shopping, and entertainment.  A Tarzana agent and realtor would be delighted to discuss more with you.
